Hi SH, Sorry that we are discuss with ALT Biz team about Non-LED out of warranty repair cost. Now we are not sure that ALT will pay NON-LED out of warranty, so BT can not pull in any RMA any more. Please stop shipping RMA to BT/VN until we deal the cost issue. Thanks. |

Hi Miya Wang Some of these include STB nearing the warranty period. What if the warranty period is over in this lot 12728pcs during the discussion? FII will take all of warranty nearing the warranty period? I think keep discussing about Non-LED out of warranty repair cost. but, LED issue and defect with warranty STBs RMA is no issue with ALT and FII. so, please keep taking the LED issue and defect with warranty STBs RMA Thanks SON |

Hi SH, I am very sorry about that our system can not accept any RMA shipment now because previous payment has not been arranged by ALT. ALT said will reply us about the payment within next week. So 4th RMA has to be shipped out until then. Thianks Miya |

Hi Miya I checked this list ( ALT STB_221209.xlsx) that manufactured 2019 is 6205pcs and 2020 is 5080pcs Please answer that If the RMA process is stopped, the warranty period of these lists shall be the responsibility of the FII. Thanks SON |
